Creating an experiment

Warning

Experiments alter the page's appearance: be mindful of that when setting up and running one.

To create an experiment:

In Yandex Metrica, go to Varioqub → Experiments.
Click Create experiment.

Experiment settings

Conditions

Select who, where, and when should be part of the experiment.

Intersections with experiments

Specify which of the ongoing experiments should not intersect with the one you're creating.

Metrics

Select the metrics that should determine the experiment's success.

Experiment type

Select the method you'll use to modify the experimental version of the page.

Setup tools

Evaluate the statistical significance of the experiment with the selected settings and check how the changes look on the page.
