The video doesn't load
I see a black screen
Try the following:
- Check your internet speed with Internetometer.
- Close all browser tabs except the video player. Refresh the page.
- Clear the browser cache and delete cookies.
- Disable installed browser extensions. If you're using an ad blocker (such as AdBlock or AdGuard), disable it in your browser settings and check if the problem persists. To learn more, go to Set up an ad blocker.
- Disable hardware acceleration in the browser:
- Click
→ Settings.
- Select System.
- In the Performance section, disable the Use hardware acceleration if possible option.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
- Click
→ Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, click Advanced.
- In the System section, disable the Use hardware acceleration when available option.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
- Click
→ Settings and go to the General tab.
- Disable the Use recommended performance settings option.
- Disable the Use hardware acceleration when available option.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
- In the address bar, type
opera://flags
and press Enter. - Find Hardware-accelerated video decode.
- In the menu on the right, select Disabled.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
I see a green screen
Restart your browser and device. If the problem persists, update your graphics card drivers:
- Click Start → Control Panel → Device Manager.
- Open the Display adapters section. A list of video cards will appear.
- Right-click the name of your video card.
- In the context menu, select Update drivers.
Viewing isn't available in my region
Possible causes:
- The copyright holder doesn't allow their licensed content to be shown in Russia.
- You're accessing the site using an anonymizer.
Disable the anonymizer
Video playback may not be available if you access the site using an anonymizer. To check this, disable anonymizer plugins and programs and try opening the site in the latest browser version.
Find out which address space your IP address belongs to
The user's country is determined by the IP address. If your internet provider uses other regions' address space, the video may not be available. You can find out which country's address space your IP address belongs to on the Internetometer page in the Region via IP address line.

Update your browser
An outdated browser version may not support the technologies that are used to download videos quickly and conveniently. Install the latest browser version.
Restart the browser
At the first browser launch, not all plugins that are necessary for the correct operation of the content encryption system may be enabled. To fix this error, restart the browser, and the plugins will be enabled automatically.
Exit Incognito mode
In Incognito mode, the playback of protected content often doesn't work. To watch a protected video, exit Incognito mode and open the video link in a new browser window.
Allow the playback of protected content
If you're using the latest browser version and receive a message that playback isn't available, protected content playback is most likely prohibited in the browser.
Follow these steps in your browser:

Click
→ Settings.

In the left part of the page, click the Websites tab.

At the bottom of the Sites section, click Advanced site settings.

In the Protected content section, enable the Allow protected content to play and Allow sites to use identifiers to play protected content options.
Note
The Allow sites to use identifiers to play protected content option isn't available in the browser in Linux and macOS.

Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
- Click
→ Settings.
- At the bottom of the page, click Advanced.
- In the Privacy and security section, click Site settings → Additional content settings.
- Enable the Sites can play protected content and Sites can use identifiers to play protected content options.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.

Click
→ Settings and go to the General tab.

In the Digital Rights Management (DRM) Content section, enable the Play DRM-controlled content option.
If the video doesn't play when the option is enabled, try using another browser, such as Yandex Browser.
- Click
→ Settings → Advanced and go to the Privacy & security tab.
- In the Privacy & security section, click Content settings → Protected content.
- Enable the Allow sites to play protected content and Allow identifiers for protected content options.
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
- Click Safari → Settings.
- Go to the Websites tab.
- On the Content Blockers tab, delete the rules for
Yandex
orkinopoisk.ru
. - On the Block Pop-ups tab, select Allow next to
Yandex
orkinopoisk.ru
.
Playback is available only after payment
Some copyright holders allow you to view the video only if you paid for the movie or subscription.

Video unavailable
Possible causes:
- The movie was posted in violation of copyright and removed at the request of the copyright holders.
- The service no longer has the rights to show the movie.
Check whether you have access to the video later. You'll probably be able to watch the movie a while later, because the services are working on expanding their catalogs.
You can also contact support of the service where the video is posted and ask when it'll be available.
The page isn't loading
