Bank cards

Use the bank card manager to easily view, change, and delete your bank card data in the Yandex app.

Save a card

When you enter your bank card details in Yandex Browser for the first time, it offers you to save them and use for autofilling online payment forms in the future.

To save bank card data manually:

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → Cards.

2. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.

3. In the lower-right corner, tap .

4. Enter the card number, expiration date, and the owner's first and last name if necessary.

5. Tap Save.

You can also link the card to your Yandex ID.

How data is protected	Our protection policy complies with the PCI DSS standard developed by VISA and Mastercard.	We use AES-256-GCM encryption with the key used for password encryption. For better protection, create a master password. A key protected with a master password is almost impossible to decipher.
Can any online stores or other online payment recipients access my card data?	No, they don't have access to your card data.	Yes, just like when you enter your card details manually.

View bank card data

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → Cards.

2. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.

3. Tap the card you need.

Change bank card data

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → Cards.

2. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.

3. Tap the card you need.

4. Tap Edit.

5. Change the card number, expiration date, or the cardholder's name.

6. Tap Save.

Delete a card

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → Cards.

2. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.

3. Tap the card you need.

4. Tap Delete card.

5. Confirm deletion.

Synchronize cards

For security reasons, card data is synchronized only if you're using the master password. Card data is securely protected during synchronization.

Bank card data is currently synced only between computers and Android smartphones.

Card syncing will be disabled if syncing is fully disabled. To disable only password and card syncing:

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → App settings.

2. Tap Syncing.

3. Disable the Passwords option.

Disable the bank card manager

1. On the home screen, tap  (profile picture) → Cards.

2. Tap  → Settings.

3. Disable the Bank card manager option.

The app will no longer suggest bank card information in payment forms or offer to save cards. Previously entered card data will remain encrypted on your device to become available as soon as you enable the bank card manager again.

To do this, go to the settings and enable the option.
