设置在所有商店有效的价格。 要获得市场关于价格的建议，请提出要求 POST v2/businesses/{businessId}/offers/recommendations.
如有必要，使用参数转移增值税 vat 在请求 POST v2/campaigns/{campaignId}/offers/update.
目录中的数据不会立即更新
