Customer Solutions Manager (GCC)

Yandex Geo services simplify urban navigation, helping people find their way around cities effortlessly. The Yandex Maps API team offers a diverse array of Geo tech-based APIs and SDKs to B2B clients, aiming to enhance their capabilities in searching, planning routes, and navigating both online and offline. We cater to a broad range of industries, including e-commerce, telecommunications, e-grocery, delivery services, banking, and classifieds. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Solutions/Tech Presale Manager to support us in GCC countries.

Collaborate closely with sales team
You will be collaborating with the sales team to determine proper solutions for clients, and also organizing, training, and equipping the sales team while identifying any gaps in their preparedness. This involves collaborating across functions—including customer support, product management, marketing, and engineering—to address and resolve any product issues that impact customer satisfaction both before and after sales.

Support product integration and manage support requests
You will guide our clients through the intricacies of API integration to enhance customer-facing interactions and support various business functions. You will immerse yourself in understanding the operational needs of our clients, seamlessly linking their systems with our API features. Your role involves supporting the integration process to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.

Provide application modernization expertise to support our future and technical relationship with customers
You will collect feature requests and feedback from our customers to improve our products. Collaborating closely with the product and other teams, you will support and coordinate steps to implement additional features in products

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a Pre-Sales Manager or Customer Solutions Manager
• Experience with geo services from various vendors
• Proficiency in basic technical tools such as APIs (ability to make API requests from any tool) and basic SQL, along with a readiness to quickly learn new technologies
• Strong project and product management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups including product managers, developers, and analysts
• The capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent spoken and written English

• An understanding of the mobile development process at the architectural level
• An analytical mindset with the ability to structure information and processes clearly and express goals and results in measurable terms
• Consulting experience
• Proficiency in presenting complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-Level stakeholders
• Fluent Arabic
