Project Manager (Yandex International Department)

We are looking for a Project Manager to grow the Yandex international advertising business. You will coordinate the growth project and interaction between teams, ensure that project decisions and tasks get carried through, and manage risks.

====In this position, you will:

• align and support the business rhythm of the International Department;
• participate in planning and updating schedules for key projects;
• track projects and initiatives within the department;
• monitor project progress, predict potential delays and proactively avoid them;
• analyze the effectiveness of project stages and the results, including key project KPIs;
• set up and monitor reports on project implementation;
• follow up to make sure decisions are implemented and coordinate the work of project teams;
• support the process of forecasting results and analyzing discrepancies in actual outcomes.

• not intimated by large amounts of work and eager to learn quickly and continuously, sometimes independently;
• experienced using Excel for processing large datasets;
• comfortable using Power Point and creative in preparing presentations;
• good at getting things done on time;
• ready to solve complex non-standard tasks and perform some monotonous work;
• a strong verbal and written communicator;
• fluent in English.
