Yandex works with clients of all sizes and industries, both in Russia and abroad. The International Sales Team develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients outside of Russia interested in increasing their sales in Russian-speaking markets. Our clients are spread across the globe – in Europe, Asia and the Americas — and represent a wide array of industries: travel, gaming, retail, etc. What unites them is their search for ways to attract potential customers from Russia and the countries of the CIS. Your task will be to work with small- and medium-sized clients from the retail, foreign real estate, travel, medical tourism and other industries. You will need to immerse yourself in your clients’ businesses, understand their main KPIs and know which Yandex products will help them best reach Russian-speaking users.

====Responsibilities:

• consult clients via email, phone, video call, and in person to answer any questions related to Yandex advertising campaigns;
• be your client's trusted advisor and develop a thorough understanding of their business and its challenges;
• collaborate with multiple client and agency points-of-contact to prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple ongoing initiatives;
• leverage all available internal and external resources and measurement tools adding relevant, trustworthy data to improve advertiser performance;
• inform and educate clients on the latest products, betas and insights on an ongoing basis to keep them up-to-date on opportunities across the Yandex product range.
