Paid tools

When registering an AppMetrica account, you automatically get the Free plan. If you want to use paid tools, switch to the Custom or Pro plan.

A paid plan can only be activated by an employee with organization editing rights.

To activate a paid plan:

  1. At the top of the page, click To organization. If you don't see this button, this means you don't have sufficient access rights.

  2. Navigate to Payment and plan.

  3. Fill in your bank details at the bottom of the page. These details will be used for invoicing, and the payer you entered will be specified in our records when we receive payments from you.

  4. Read the offer and check the I accept the relevant provisions of the offer box.

  5. Proceed to configuring a plan by clicking Settings under the description of the plan you want to activate (Custom or Pro).

  6. The "Plan settings" page will open with the option calculator feature. Select the tools you need and adjust limits as needed. Every time you make a change to a line, its status is updated. At the bottom of the page you can see the total cost of all the services selected.

  7. Click the Proceed to purchase button. The Apply plan changes window will open with the list of all the tools you selected.

  8. Double-check your settings. If everything is correct, click Activate plan and top up balance.

Your paid tools are now activated and ready to use. The first invoice must be paid within five days. Generate a payment invoice and pass it to your accounting department.

AppMetrica paid services are provided on a prepaid basis. You need to keep your account balance positive at all times. You are charged every day for the services provided on that day.

Invoicing and payment

After you activate a paid plan, our system will suggest that you add to your balance the amount that will be enough for one month. You'll be able to adjust this amount if needed.

  1. In the Top up balance window, check the amount specified and click Go to payment.

  2. This opens your Yandex Balance account. Click Create a billing invoice.

Download the invoice and pass it to your accounting department for payment.

After your payment is processed by the bank, the funds will appear in your account balance. To check your balance, select To organizationPayment and plan.

If your balance isn't topped up within five days, your access to paid services will be suspended and your account will be switched back to the Free plan. You'll be able to regain access to paid services after clearing your debt.

Topping up your balance

To top up your balance, select To organizationPayment and plan.

  1. Click Add.

  2. Specify an amount.

  3. Click Go to payment.

This opens your Yandex Balance account. Generate and pay your invoice.

Closing documents

Yandex issues closing documents for paid services every month. These documents are dated the last day of a current month, but they are created and sent in the beginning of the following month. For example, closing documents for May will be dated May 31, but they will be generated and sent in early June.

Each closing document package contains:

  • A certificate of services rendered.
  • An invoice.

The amount specified in the documents is the cost of the services actually rendered within a month rather than the amount added to your balance that month. For example, if you add ₽100,000 to your account but the cost of services rendered is ₽30,000, the amount indicated in the closing documents is ₽30,000. This amount is deducted from your balance leaving ₽70,000 for future use.

You can receive your closing documents:

  • On paper. In this case, the scanned copies of your documents are sent to the email address you specified in your account, and their originals are mailed to the company postal address specified in your account.

  • Through your electronic document management (EDM).

Troubleshooting

I can't generate an invoice because I don't have access to Yandex Balance

Typically, users who have edit access to the Organization section can generate invoices and work with Yandex Balance.

If you can edit your organization's data but can't generate invoices or access Yandex Balance, it's likely that your username has already been registered for another client (for example, in another Yandex service). Either contact Yandex Balance support or create a new username, grant it organization edit access, and use this username to work with the account.
