Delivery

You can add delivery information to your ads in the Yandex Advertising Network: product ads, Text & Image ads, or catalog page ads. The element includes a brief description of the delivery conditions and is highlighted by a special symbol. It helps you emphasize the advantages of your offer and makes your ads more appealing. You can add delivery information in the unified performance campaign. For a single campaign, you can only specify information about one delivery.

How to configure

In the unified performance campaign settings, under Additional ad elements, click Delivery → Add. Specify at least one of the parameters: Delivery type, Cost, or Term.

  • Delivery type: Select the appropriate option:

    • “Courier”
    • “Pickup”: From a pickup point or a store
    • “Unspecified”: For example, if you offer various types of delivery with the same terms (time, cost). You can also use this option to highlight other delivery features.
  • Cost: Select an appropriate option:

    • “Unspecified”: You may omit the delivery cost if it varies by order.
    • “Free”;
    • “Free for purchases over”: Select the currency and indicate the minimum purchase amount.
    • “Minimum cost”: Select the currency and specify the minimum delivery cost of any orders.
    • “Fixed cost”: Select the currency and indicate the delivery cost of any orders.
  • Term: Choose from the available options, set a custom term, or leave this field blank.

    When you set the delivery term manually, you are limited to a range of 1 to 365 days. You can preview your final text on the ad page in the interface.

  • Delivery regions: Select the regions where you deliver.

    If delivery conditions vary by city, describe them in a way that applies to all regions, or add delivery only for regions with the same conditions. Yandex Direct will try to match the user's location, campaign geotargeting, and delivery region. If there is a match, delivery information may be added to the campaign's ads. Otherwise, delivery information won't be added to your ads.

    For example, if you set up the campaign for Moscow and Saint Petersburg, but the delivery information is only specified for Moscow, users in Moscow will see banners with delivery details, but users in Saint Petersburg won't.

You can use pre-configured delivery in multiple advertising campaigns. For this, select the required delivery from the dropdown list. If the information needs to be changed, you can edit it in the same field. It will update in all the campaigns where you've added this delivery.

For each impression in the Yandex Advertising Network, the Smart Design technology automatically creates the most appealing ad, considering the site functionality, user preferences, and conversion forecast. To maximize conversions, include as many details as possible about the offer during the setup stage, including delivery information.
