Yandex Tracker pricing policy

Yandex Tracker is a service for managing projects and workflows, included in Yandex 360 for Business.

To activate Tracker included in Yandex 360 for Business, you need to have admin rights for the organization or create a new organization.

The monthly payment is deducted from the account linked to the organization. If the organization's account runs out of funds or if you change your plan, Tracker will automatically switch to Read mode for all employees. To activate Yandex Tracker for your Yandex 360 for Business organization, choose one of the following options:

• Activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business services and Tracker for all employees of your organization. For more information, see Activating a plan with Yandex Tracker for the entire organization.

• Activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business services for the entire organization and add Tracker for selected employees or departments. For more information, see Enabling Tracker for specific employees or departments of your organization.

• Activate a plan only with Tracker for all employees of your organization. Employees will also be able to use Yandex Wiki and Yandex Forms. Other Yandex 360 for Business services will be available in a limited mode. For more information, see Enabling only Tracker.

Activating a plan with Yandex Tracker for the entire organization

You can activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business and Tracker for all employees of your organization. In this case, every employee added to the organization will get full access to the Tracker service.

The total cost of the service depends on the number of users added to your organization. For the pricing information, see Yandex 360 for Business Help.

Enabling Tracker for specific employees or departments of your organization

You can activate a plan with Yandex 360 for Business services for the entire organization and add Tracker as an additional option only for selected employees or departments. In this case, the total cost of using Yandex Tracker will be calculated based on the number of users with full access to the service.

To activate Tracker for specific employees or departments:

1. Go to the Yandex 360 organization account.

2. Find the Employees section.

3. Select a user and enable the additional option in Yandex Tracker for them. You can't select multiple users at once.

4. If multiple employees or entire teams within your organization use Yandex Tracker, you can combine them into a department and enable the additional option in Yandex Tracker for that department.

Employees without Tracker enabled as an additional option will have Read access.

Enabling only Tracker

If you don't need full capabilities of Yandex 360 for Business services, you can activate a plan that includes only Tracker for all employees of the organization. In this case, employees can also use Yandex Wiki and Yandex Forms for free. Under this plan, other Yandex 360 for Business services are available in limited mode.

To enable only Tracker without full Yandex 360 for Business capabilities:

1. Log in to your Yandex account. If you don't have an account, create one. For more information, see Yandex ID Help.

2. Follow the link /services/tracker and click Sign up.

3. On the page with plans, select Activate just Yandex Tracker.

4. Create a new Yandex 360 for Business organization or choose an existing one.

   When choosing an organization, make sure it hasn't had an active plan in the last 30 days.
