The icon can be displayed next to the social media page if it matches a verified social media profile of a person or organization, based on data from social networks.

This badge attracts attention to the site and helps users navigate search results.
A site can get the 
badge if Yandex classifies it as a store.
Store rating
Displayed in search results, on the View in search results page, and in product search results.
Store rating shows how satisfied customers are with its work.
For users to get more information about online stores, the store rating in Yandex Search also takes into account reviews about online shopping from Yandex Maps. Such reviews are labeled From reviews of organization if you click this rating.
