Hi Mehmet,

According to API Terms of Use it's prohibited to use any Yandex API data (layer tiles as well) within other API.

As far as I know the same rules are applied to google API.

You have to switch between APIs not Layers to stay legal.

About your question: Yandex has different projection type WGS84 within own layers.
