Yandex Plus Cashback. Terms of Accrual, Use and Write-Off of Points

10% of the actually paid value of the Goods – to Users who have received the "super-well done" status of driving in the Service

1. Points are accrued only after the end of the vehicle lease within the green zone defined in the Yandex.Drive application when generating an offer for the lessee.

2. Points are not subject to accrual if payment is made after 10 (ten) calendar days from the end of the lease.

3. Points are accrued only to Users who have received the "super-well done" status of driving in the Service.

4. Points are accrued to Users who have received the "super-well done" status of driving in the Service, within 7 (seven) consecutive calendar days (including the day of status assignment) from the moment of the first receipt of the corresponding status during the specified period, regardless of the preservation of this status during the specified period, provided that the driving status in the Service is not lower than "everything is fine". The current driving status of the User is indicated in the Service interface.

Information on the number of points to be earned for purchasing event tickets, ancillary products/services in respect of which a program participation notice has been given and a service charge/commission has been paid is indicated in Yandex Afisha Service interface at https://afisha.yandex.ru, https://ya.ru and Yandex Afisha mobile app for iOS.

Points for tickets for events (other than cinema) are accrued within 7 days after the date of the event (provided that the Ticket has not been returned by that date). Points for subscriptions are accrued within 7 days after the date of the first event that can be attended using the subscription (provided that the subscription is not returned by that date).

Points are not accrued if, when purchasing a Product, the User received a discount on the cost of the Product for any reason (in connection with a marketing campaign, the use of a promotional code, or for other reasons), unless otherwise expressly provided in the interface of the Service.

When making a purchase using a Service widget on a 3rd party website which is a part of a Yandex Plus Cashback loyalty program, a program participation notice is indicated in the Service widget interface along with the information on the number of points to be earned.

Information on the number of Points to be accrued when purchasing specific Goods is specified in the Yandex Market Service interface, including when making a Purchase, but is not less than the following values:

for all products from the categories: Household appliances; Electronics, Computer hardware - 1% of the actually paid value of the Goods;

for all products from the categories: Auto, HVAC equipment, Country house and garden staff, Sports and outdoor activities, Construction and repair, Household goods, Souvenirs - 2% of the actually paid value of the Goods;

for Products of all other categories: 3% of the actually paid value of the Goods.

The total number of Points available for Accrual and/or the number of orders on the Yandex Market Service for which Points can be accrued, may be limited. In this case, information about such restrictions is specified in the Yandex Market Service interface.

The cost of delivery of the Goods is not taken into account when calculating the amount of Points to be accrued.

Points on the specified conditions are accrued when making a Purchase on the Yandex Market Service, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Service interface.

Points are accrued only when purchasing Goods from sellers participating in the Program, whose Products have the corresponding icon thereon.

Points that are subject to accrual for making a purchase shall be accrued within 7 days after assigning the "Delivered" status to the Purchase (Order on Yandex Market). If the User purchases Goods on the terms of payment in parts according to the Terms of Use of the Yandex Split service (https://yandex.ru/legal/yandex_split), Points for the Purchase of such Goods shall be accrued within 7 days after the User fully reimburses the Yandex Split costs associated with the execution of the Order Agreement (https://yandex.ru/legal/yandex_split).

Points are not accrued:

• when purchasing Products from the categories: Medicines and dietary supplements; Alcohol, Heating systems, electronic vaporizers and accessories, excluding Products from the categories: Medicines and dietary supplements marked with
• when purchasing Goods, the seller of which is the store "BORK.RU" (BORK-IMPORT LLC, https://www.bork.ru).

If the User purchases Goods from Yandex.Lavka section or the "Продукты" section in the mobile application of the Yandex Market Service or "Продукты от 10 минут" on the Yandex Market Service website, Points for the Purchase of such Goods are accrued on the terms of paragraph 10 of this Table.

Points for the User leaving a review of the Product on the Service are subject to be accrued while simultaneously complying with the following conditions:

1. The User, through a pop-up window on the Yandex Market Service, received an offer to leave a review of the Product purchased on the Yandex Market Service, and get Points;

2. The User agreed to leave a review of the Product by clicking the "Rate your purchase" button or similar in meaning in the pop-up window seen on the Yandex Market Service, and followed to the page for leaving a review on the Yandex Market Service;

3. after following to the Yandex Market Service page specified in clause 2 above, the User left a review of the Product that was sent for the moderation of the Yandex Market Service and received the status "Awaiting publication";

4. The review of the Product left by the User was moderated and published on the Yandex Market Service;

5. The review of the Product left by the User was not deleted by the User until the Points were accrued.

Points are accrued within 5 days after the Yandex Market Service publishes a User's review, for which Points are accrued.

If the User has postponed leaving a review of the Product, or has not sent a review of the Product for moderation, or the review has not been moderated on the Yandex Market Service, Points will not be accrued to the User.

If the User refuses a Purchase after making it (return of the Content), the Points balance may be reduced by the amount of Points previously accrued for such a Purchase.

Points may not be accrued if the User has discounts on the purchase of Content that are provided without using Points. Points are not accrued in the Kinopoisk application on PlayStation.

Points are accrued only if the order is paid using a bank card linked to the Yandex.Go mobile application in restaurants of partners participating in the Yandex Plus Cashback Loyalty Program.

Points are not accrued if the order is paid with promotional codes, points in part or in full.

Points are accrued only within the framework of a specific Purchase (Purchases are not summed up for the purposes of calculating Points).

Points are not accrued if the order is paid with points in part or in full.

The cost of delivery of the Goods as well as the amount of the Service fee are not taken into account when calculating the amount of Points to be accrued.

Points are accrued only if the User pays for the Purchase by bank transfer in the Yandex.Food mobile application, in the Yandex Go application in the Food section at the time of ordering.

Points are accrued only to Users with an active Yandex Plus Subscription.

When making a Purchase of Marked Goods, the Points are Accrued separately from the rest of the Purchase and only in the amount specified in the Yandex.Food Service interface, in the Yandex Go mobile application - in the Food section, when making a Purchase specially for the Marked Good.

Points are accrued within 3 (three) days after the date of payment for services on the Yandex.Services at https://uslugi.yandex.ru or in the Yandex.Services mobile application using the Yandex.Payment service provided that there was no order cancellation and order value refund.

Services marked with a corresponding label on participation in the Program on the Yandex.Services at https://uslugi.yandex.ru or the Yandex.Services mobile application can be ordered and paid for only by Users who have an electronic device IP address (or proxy server) on the Internet related to the city of Moscow and the city of Saint-Petersburg, and the place of provision of which is the city of Moscow and the city of Saint-Petersburg.

When booking and paying for hotel accommodation using the Yandex.Travel service (https://travel.yandex.ru/hotels) 10% of the actually paid cost, but not more than 3000 (three thousand) Points for one booking.

Points are accrued within 5 days after the date of departure from the hotel booked and paid for on the Yandex.Travel service, provided that there was no cancellation of the booking and no refund of the cost of staying at the booked hotel.

If, when booking and paying for accommodation, the User received a discount for any reason (in connection with a marketing campaign, the use of a promotional code, or for other reasons), then Points are accrued in the amount of the actually paid cost, taking into account the discount provided, but not more than 3000 (three thousand) Points for one booking.

Points are accrued within 5 working days after the date of completion of the Tour specified in the User's personal account on yandex.level.travel, provided that there was no cancellation of the booking and no refund of the cost of the Tour.

Points are accrued only to User who is authorized using the Account

If, when making the choice of the Tour, the User was not authorized using the Account, the User has the right to link the Account to the order of the Tour and get Points no later than 1 year from the date of completion of the Tour by specifying the order data in the form on the page: https://travel.yandex.ru/my/trips/tours-plus-form.

If, when booking and paying for Tour, the User received a discount for any reason (in connection with a marketing campaign, the use of a promotional code, or for other reasons), then Points are accrued in the amount of the actually paid cost, taking into account the discount provided, but not more than 5000 (five thousand) Points for one booking.

5% of the actually paid cost of leasing an electric scooter in the Yandex Go application (including the cost of joining the scooter travel insurance program, if purchased by the User) in «Fix» and «Minute-by-minute» tariffs, but not more than 1000 Points

1. Points are accrued only after the end of the lease of the electric scooter in the lease completion zone defined in the Yandex Go application when generating an offer for the lessee.

2. Points are not accrued when leasing an electric scooter in the "Courier" tariff by the User, who performs courier delivery (https://yandex.ru/legal/samokaty).

• on the Goods, the seller of which is the store "BORK.RU" (BORK-IMPORT LLC, https://www.bork.ru).

2. The minimum cost of the Goods (each type of Goods) within the Purchase, taking into account the Discount, paid in cash, must be at least 1 ruble.

3. A discount when using points may not be provided if the User has discounts for the purchase or lease of Content, which are provided without using the Points.

The use of Points to obtain Discounts on Plus Multi Subscription, Plus Multi with more.tv Subscription, Plus Multi with Amediateka Subscription for the purpose of their renewal is not available if the corresponding subscription was made through the store or with telecom operators, without linking the bank card to the Account, as well as if a free subscription period was provided.

When using Points to get the maximum possible Discount on a Yandex Plus Subscription, a Plus Multi Subscription (the cost of the corresponding Subscription minus 1 ruble) for the purpose of their renewal, the User who has the appropriate amount of Points and does not have funds on linked bank cards may be able to purchase without paying the minimum cost of the Goods. When using Points to get the Discount in a different amount than maximum possible Discount (subject to the restrictions set in the promotion), on a Yandex Plus Subscription, a Plus Multi Subscription for the purpose of their renewal, the User who does not have funds on linked bank cards and has the amount of Points specified in the terms of the promotion, may be able to may be able to Purchase on the terms of the promotion: https://yandex.ru/legal/doplata.

Points are written off only when making a payment using the QR payment system.

Receiving a Discount is available using one device and/or one linked card, even if it is linked to several Accounts, no more than once a day Moscow time.
