Problem with the app
The app doesn't work or shows an error. Please describe the situation in more detail: where exactly do you tap and what kind of error do you see? Sending a screenshot will help us solve the issue faster.
The navigator loses track of the location. Try the following steps to improve location detection:
— Disable power-saving mode
— Connect to a Wi-Fi network
— Close all other apps
— Check the status of your GPS module with the GPS Test app
