  Drive - длинная извилистая дорога, форма которой обусловлена метсностью. Догора вокруг горы, озера, между горами и так далее. В общем, не прямое.

Дорога. Или проезд. В США вообще дефицит оригинальных названий улиц. Например, недалеко от района, где мы живем, идут параллельно улицы "63rd Drive", "63rd Road"  и "63rd Avenue" - вот они на карте: https://maps.app.goo.gl/WQ42G  Улицы есть, а как их назвать, фантазии уже не хватает.
