App help
The app isn't working or is showing an error
Clear your device's cache and reinstall Yango Pro. If that doesn't help, tell us what you're tapping and the error message. We can help you even faster if you send a screenshot.
Navigator not finding location
If the screen shows a red line, the GPS signal is weak. For geolocation to work better, try disabling power saving mode and closing all other apps.
If that doesn't help, check the GPS module:
- In Yango Pro settings, select “Check GPS”.
- Install the GPS Test app.
- Open it and tap the continent icon. If you see your coordinates, the GPS module is working. If your coordinates are 0s, it's malfunctioning. Try contacting a service center for your device to resolve this issue.
How to change vehicles
To add a vehicle in Yango Pro, tap the button in the top right corner of the main screen. Then tap the arrow to the right of your name and select the “Your vehicle” tab. Tap “Add vehicle”, complete all the fields and tap “Add”.
Yandex.Refuel
To get access to the Yandex.Refuel service:
- Check to make sure the Yango Pro app is updated to the latest version.
- Go to the Yandex.Refuel section.
- Read the agreement and accept the terms and conditions.
- Set a daily refuel limit (max ₽2,500). You can change your limit at any time.
When your application has been accepted, you'll get access to service gas stations.
Then the limit you set will be reserved on your balance and used to pay when refueling.
You can return the amount reserved to your Yango Pro balance in the app:
- Select Yandex.Refuel.
- Tap Unreserve money.
- Enter the amount you want to unreserve. It can't be larger than the amount reserved.
- Tap Add money back to balance.
How to activate branding
- Log in to your profile.
- Tap.
You'll be sent a photo check invitation. When you pass the photo check, your branding will be confirmed. You can change the settings at any time.
